Today I visited a local pet shop I am new to the neighborhood my poodle Rocky was feeling a bit down and out of place as we just moved from Canada to start a new life. I walked in to the store and in 1 second a young lady named Kaylyn immediately asked if she could help me. I told her looking for some chew toys and treats to cheer Rocky up. Everything she recommended my dog loved!!!! I am a customer for life. The store was super clean with good quality products. OUTSTANDING!!!!!! Customer forever. Rocky!!!

Honestly I had a really great experience with this store specially. It was easy to find what I needed for my pets, plus the employess were super helpful and kind! They gave me some great recommendations plus showing me other affordable options so I was able to stay with in my budget. Thanks Again!

I love stopping by this local pet store each week. The staff are consistently friendly and knowledgeable, the shelves are well stocked, and it always feels like they genuinely care about the pets in the community. It’s a reliable, welcoming spot that makes running errands with my dog a pleasure. They're also always doing fun seasonal stuff like pet pics with Santa Claus during the Holidays.

Since I took home my pup almost a year ago they’ve been a great resource to me when it comes to taking care of him. Kay has taught my a lot and without her and the care of the rest of their team I’d have a more difficult time raising my pup. Their products are high quality, the team is kind and attentive and the clients they attract also seem to be caring pet parents. I’d recommend them to anyone who is curious about bringing home a pet or already has one. I’ll coming here for years to come!

Came in here one day just browsing around for a new dog food after my Yorkie began boycotting his. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door by the woman named Kay behind the counter. She was extremely helpful in giving me healthy alternatives for my senior dog and was informed on all products in store as well as with past foods I had tried with my dog. My dog loved his new food and the toys that I came back with that day. Will definitely be coming back here and recommending this place to others!!! 5 Stars !!!! Excellent customer service !!!

Absolutely love this pet store! The staff is so friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of quality products. Highly recommend!

Oso’s is a great pet store with a wide selection of accessories, treats, and toys, and the customer service really sets it apart. Kaylyn is especially helpful—she’s friendly, attentive, and knows the products well. She takes the time to help customers find the right accessories or treats and always makes the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I had a great experience at this pet store. It was clean, well-organized, and had a good selection of products. Kaylyn, who helped me while I was there, was especially kind and welcoming. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about both the customers and the animals. Her positive attitude made the visit even better. Oso’s Pet Supply is hands down one of the best pet stores in Brooklyn. From the moment you walk in, you’re always welcomed with friendly energy, and the store is consistently neat, clean, and perfectly organized. I never have any issues when I shop here, which honestly makes such a difference. The staff is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry. That’s really important to me because my pet has very specific needs, and I want to make sure I’m feeding her the best of the best. They always take the time to answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. I also have to give a special shout-out to Kaylyn, who is truly one of the highlights of shopping here. She’s incredibly patient, always handles customers with care, and genuinely makes you feel seen. She asks how your day is, and after a long day of work, it’s honestly so nice to be greeted by her bright, positive energy. Their prices are great, and on top of that, they always have raffles going on where you can win prizes which makes the store feel extra fun and unique. It’s such a nice touch and gives you something to look forward to every time you stop by. My dog's walks aren't complete without our daily stop at Oso's! He loves it here so much that I have to drag him out of the store -- half kidding :) The wonderful team at Oso's are not only great people, but also animal lovers. They make sure to take the time to understand you and your pet's needs. The store offers a wide and thoughtful curation of food, toys, snacks and equipment for dogs, cats, fish and more. If for some reason they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’re always happy to place a direct order to ensure you’re taken care of. Otis and I are so grateful to have a special place in the neighborhood where we are welcomed in every day with a smile!
